Designated Person Training

If you have one employee working or contracting in New York State or New York City you are required to select a Designated Person to handle the myriad of new sexual harassment laws enacted over the last several years.

The person you select will have a huge role in risk mitigation that could result in remarkable financial damages should they miss something. It is a hugely important and absoltuely required organizational position.
