Your HR Culture Czar

Passionate about adding value

Capacity is the life blood of success.  Having worked with several business owners, there comes a tipping point when people issues take far too much time or worse yet, need to be ignored.  Presidents, heads of finance or operational leaders need to focus on the business at hand to maintain organizational success.  Let's give them this capacity back.

One bad hire; one management misstep; one employee lawsuit can suck the life out of a growing organization and in some instances can actually be catastrophic. There is no bigger example of this than the current "me too" movement.  HRrenewal provides preemptive, real time and root cause analysis to avoid the most common of these mishaps. Taking a pause in the action, to consult with an experienced HR conciliary, can make all the difference in the world to your business.

Better yet; let's mitigate risk in the first place.  We can help you devise onboarding, training, coaching and support programs to help build cultures that work where employees thrive.

Understanding Needs

Sabah Bajwa is an HR pro with a particular specialization in workforce planning including talent management, recruiting, training, performance management, employee development and employee engagement. She also has significant experience managing employee relations, benefits, compensation and compliance issues. She has been a key business partner to all levels of a company from welcoming new hires to strategic planning at the executive level.

Sabah has taken her "big box" experience from large corporations such as Hertz and LG Electronics and developed more fluid applications of the same best practices for emerging and mid size firms.  Having "been there", she can provide critical support to growing companies working to assimilate "big box" hires into their growing company culture (which is a common derailer for fast tracking companies).

She has developed and implemented various projects including state and regulatory compliance audits, handbook development, job analysis, training, recruiting, compensation, employee relations and benefits design. In addition, she has taken an active role in employee engagement activities which promote a healthy work environment for employees.  Sabah also carves a path for companies to become known and to build relations within its community.

She also has extensive experience in the administration of benefits and both private and state sponsored short and long-term disability programs. Sabah can offer your company the expertise needed to process and/or implement a full cycle leave of absence program. Her knowledge of multi-state laws and background in various industries give her a keen sense to identify what programs may benefit your firm.  Letting you and your team focus on the business at hand.
